Design And Tooling

SSTJ undertakes the entire design and fabrication of all the tools and dies used in its factories. By retaining control over the development of its production tooling, the experienced design engineering team is able to tailor the tooling to suit and exploit the full capabilities of our stamping machines. The use of CAD/CAM workstations, CNC Machining Centres, CNC Wire EDM machines and a host of other numerically-controlled equipment ensures that tooling of a high degree of accuracy are produced.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering reliable, high quality products. The QA department ensures specification compliance throughout the manufacturing process by means of stringent incoming material, first article and in-process inspections, and final part acceptance.
A system known as Statistical Process Control (SPC) is employed to monitor the real time in-process quality in order to ensure defect free finished products. Our QA department is equipped with co-ordinate measuring machines, profile comparators, thickness testers and hardness testers.
